*) Info:
A 776 KB download for 12-18 players.
*) General:
This is a very large map that is far from crowded even if you play it with the suggested max playercount of 18.
If you look at how the score breaks up, you'll notice that it got most of its points from the Gameplay, rather than from the Environment scores. If you're looking for mucho 1337o eyecandy stuff, then forget about downloading this map.
*) Worst:
Questionable theme; very "empty" blockish architecture, albeit nicely layouted.
Dead average texturing, with no strange choices, but what skills are required to texture plain, straight walls?
*) Bad:
Lighting is blue, and lighting is red. Most of the time unrealistically sourced if at all.
Hard to judge the bots on this map. They move around fair enough, even know how to capture the flags, have decent (and fair :) ) defense points configured, but never go for the powerful pickups, hardly ever (unless "blown" there) make it out into the huge central "arena". They get stuck at a few places, but at such high playercounts that usually doesn't last very long...
*) Good:
Despite of all the above I had fun playing this map because its many different routes made for interesting play, all flowing decently.
Sounds are wind & water & dripping water down in the sewers. Music was well chosen for a map as big as this.
*) Best:
Item placement was very nice. Maybe a little ammo for so many players, but that is probably a matter of taste. Powerful pick-ups lay at places hard to come by, which is how it should always be.
Quite good playability really: Very low polycount, fair playerstarts, well zoned at most locations.
*) Summary:
The author doesn't seem to lack ideas, but certainly has a lot left to learn as of the "secrets" of UEd.
Might be worth a try on servers with a high playerload or LAN events with at least a dozend or so peeps and bots filling in for the rest.
