I think about DM-CityPart is one of the best maps I've played, but this map needs another texture package (a3text.utx, you can found at Akuma's DM-UrbanArena2 map). Like DOM-Condemned, this map contains a central building. In this building, you can access to the ceiling over a lift. I give it an 8 for this reasons.
