| Sir Xavius 01-05-2006 01:08 PM MST | Rating: 5 | | This map is rather big and great for botplay, BUT...
imagine a city where all the lights are neon, there's a subway tunnel, but not turnstiles, no subway, and only two or three stations, the city's building are only facades, no real rooms or offices, traffic lights don't sequence, and they can't be shot out, and there are streets but no cars, a vending stand with Coke but no one to sell it, a movie theater with no entry into the theater, a dance hall with no music or flashing lights, a catwalk system that allows to you to cross over nothing...
and this would be that place.
This map is like a beauty queen in a morgue: beautiful but cold and lifeless, no soul, nothing interesting to do or say, and one that would easily be forgotten. The author of this map had a good idea but did not bother to embellish and develop his inspiration. A stillborn child that never had a chance to shine.
Bots do fine but tend to camp in the dance room (i guess that's what it is). If you like uninteresting places with eclectic moods but plenty of space to set up ambushes and NOMAD rockets (that mutator works great here), AND you plan on playing with more than 12 or 16 (so that one person can find another), you'll love this soulless layout.
