Sorry spoonie, this one just doesnt work out.

When I opened this up i expexted a map that was basically just like morpheus ecept maybe four towers and a bit more space inbetween. What i got was an INSANE amount of space between. the framerate ouside looking from your tower to the center of the map is borderline unplayable. You cant jump from tower to tower like in the deathmatch map. everything is so far apart that you are forced to use long skinny platforms to get around. The towers themselves were copied right from DM-morpheus, as they still have the "Player leads the match with X frags" banners, which make no sense at all in MultiTeam CTF. If you die, the flag will certainly fall off the map resulting in an instant return unlike how you typically have to carry the flag back (that setting is on by default afaik). Traversing such a huge wide open map makes capturing one flag virtually impossible, much less more than one. Morpheus just wasnt meant for a mod like this, i guess.

This map, is sort of like an ultra massive version of Morpheus. Its very big, and great for massive LAN parties or the odd server that allows 16+ players. BOTs aren't the smartest beings on this map when it comes to getting other teams flags, but they are good at defending. Its perhaps just too big. If instead of making everyhting gigantic, in the theme of morpheus, and instead simply spaced the buildings out from the original it would have been a lot better. Overall though the maps pretty good but I wouldn't recomend for single players who use practice matches with bots simply because it is so big.

WAY too big. NO fun when playing with bots. TOO much sniping. COULD be fun with players but sux with bots.

Lol. Why the hell did you review this! Shameless conversion done whenever I first got UT to get to know UnrealEd a bit.

It actually wouldn't be that bad to play if the bots didn't float around on the kickers constantly. BTW I think carry flags back is on by default in beta5 yea, but I turned it off straight away anyway carrying flags back sux.

P.S. Review CTFM-IndusRage or CTFM-Techdream, should be on the FTP. The CTFM is the best version of the former IMO, out of the JB, CTF, CTFM.

It was a very good idea. Quite nice level design for an instagib match I suppose... But I think my rating will lower from an 8 to a 6 out of 10 simply because of the stupidly long distance to each base... ok that maybe too harsh as it isn't that long, but for a low gravity game it is quite so I think. Still a good laugh to play, except for the bots aren't the sharpest cards in their relevant packs.

Is there a link to d/l CTFM that dosent involve fileplanet??

For some reason i cant d/l anything off of their server so i need some other way to download it.

The rating was the average user score at the time so...
