Some decent ideas, but the map is just too small, misaligned and misused (see the algae- infested "waterfall" in screenie 3) textures, and bots don't use the alternate path with the tram car (which is suicide to use when you have the flag because it is much too slow).

Lighting needs to have sources; meaning you need to create some type of fixtures in the areas that don't have open sky boxes, at the least. Doors should look like doors not walls that slide out of the way. You used the teleporter texture on spawn points too, and that is just confusing for anyone trying to navigate the map as you dont know its not a teleporter until it's too late and the stupid auto cannon is ripping you to shreads.
It's not a bad first or second attempt, but it's not at all a fun or interesting map to play. Try using less teleporters, and make more connectivity between levels to enhance flow. Flag placement is too close together also. Take the flag then it's a straight run to your own, and it takes less than 10 seconds. The door to the flag room should open faster so it doesn't hinder player movement through it...
One more thing, you can make the water falls look more realistic by changing the texture pan speed in the zone info actor.
Edit: tried the new version.....won't start, missing package industrial....
