Mel has a pretty bad record here. I might try this one in a few, but it already looks like it could be a lot better, but he struck ambience. For some reason his map breaths it from a glance.
The lighting is wat does it most, it looks like a ruins setting in a rocky canyon with the sunlight barely reaching it. But in the screnies you can clearly see a closed up roof.
So, the light is unsourced, but htis could be something really nice and gave me lots of inspiration.
The textures are wel chosen adn add to the ruins temple idea, but it doesn't all seem aligned greatly nor does the architecture look really stunning, but the textures do there work wel enough to obscure that for now.
I didn't DL it yet so I won't score either, but it definitly looks like more than a 0. If it opens it's atleast a 0.5.

I'm going to skip issues such as lighting, artwork and creativity and get straight to the meat of the problem.
I counted at least 7 redeemers (they reappear pretty quickly) a supershock rifle, 2 big ol' kegs of health, 4 sheild belts and enough weapons for someone to defend themselves even in a neighborhood like mine. all in a couple of small rooms.....yeah.
+1 because it opens +1 because it plays (even on my laptop)

I know I messed it.... But as I say in the description and "readme-doc" its old but its fun 2 play :) and it HAS got 2 BE better than "Melfunnel-XI" ( well almost any map is :< but I´ve kept it on NC3 ´cause of all the funny comments... :) )

im going ahead and giving the map a 3. why? because it runs, and it has custom content, and pillars. now, what i didnt like.....
the map has almost no gameplay value. there is about 20+ redeemeres scattered around the map. like 3 super shock rilfe spawns. dude, you should stop making these maps like this, and try going for something thats more of an arena style map. and please, in your future releases, dont use redeemers, but if you do, only use one, and make it really hard to get too so it balances out the gameplay value. but seriously, you should make an arean type map, one that has different levels for plenty of z-axis fighting. thats what most people like, because its fun to see somebody below you, then to jump on them with about 5 rockets. you have alot of potential dude, but you need to use it to surprise everybody and come out with a kick ass map.
and another thing, leave the monsters out next time also.
